This is total nonsense. No one gets backed off or limited on-track. The money won comes from losing bettors, not the track. Your fake wins cost the track nothing.
Whole event seems much ado about nothing. Case will be tossed or drastically reduced. Cop will get minor departmental discipline. Both could have handled themselves a bit better.

Missed this thread. Schistl hasn’t had the success since breaking with his original owners, but I still have faith. New owners horses seem a bit fragile. Don’t run as often as they should.
