Daniel Bohlin, founder of 3BWin, tells Bookmakers Review the delays in payments to GBP customers occurred as a combination of two technical issues at the same time, first with a payment gateway and then with a bank.
“This was very unfortunate and our mistake was obviously not to have a good enough tracking system when things went wrong the first time. We are very sorry for this and have looked over our processes and crosschecks so that it will not happen again,” said Bohlin.
“3BWin is currently processing all payments manually and all customers should have their funds during this week,” he added.
