BetonUSA and Oddsmaker: who owns who

We have asked Mike Hansch, Chief Executive of Miobet AG, formerly BetonUSA AG, a comment about an article on Sportsbook Review suggesting that BetonUSA could take over disgraced turn-key provider Futurebet, which stopped all payments to customers and partners alike in early 2007.
Mr Hansch said they have no intention to take over Futurebet as BetonUSA only uses the software while managing payments in-house.
As we have also read comments on the Eye on Gambling forum about BetonUSA owning Oddsmaker, we asked for a clarification since we had the impression that Oddsmaker was owned by the former IEE duo Levett/Baazov, and that their relationship with the BetonUSA AG management was not a good one.
Mr Hansch said that IEE Ltd, which owns the betonusa.com website, now belongs to Market Alliance Agency (a ready-made company sold by a formation companies agent in Gibraltar earlier this year).”Yes, Market Alliance Agency have something to do with Oddsmaker but maybe it could be that we own it and not the other way round,” he added.
Considering the whole question of ownership remains open and that BetonUSA and Oddsmaker continue to be the subject of multiple slow-pay complaints (we have received one from a player who has been waiting for $2,200 since March), Oddsmaker is downgraded to 1 (2).
