Rating guide update

We have decided to modify the criteria for placement in the Orange List, until now including bookmakers rated 2 with isolated complaints. Effective immediately, the Orange List will also include bookmakers with multiple complaints, but which have not reached yet the point of no return. After talking to several players, we realized it was unfair to have on the same list (the Red one) bookmakers like SportsInterAction or even BetRoyal, who have been the subjects of multiple complaints for years but who have always paid their customers, with total scams and bookmakers who disappeared with players funds.
Expect some updates on both lists in the coming weeks.
We have also decided to introduce a new rule: betting sites for which we haven\’t received any feedback or found any relevant rating information in the public domain for the last 12 months will have their ratings resetted to NR.
