The Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit re-affirmed an earlier ruling in favour of 1st Technology.
The Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit re-affirmed an earlier ruling in favour of 1st Technology LLC, which was awarded a judgment for almost $47 million when the U.S. District Court of Nevada in 2007 ruled that Bodog infringed 1st Technology\’s patent rights by distributing online its gaming offer.
It remains to be seen how 1st Technology intends to make Bodog pay considering that the only assets the online bookmaker may have on US soil are players\’ funds and thoseare already in the eye of the US DoJ.
