Publicly listed Rank, the leisure operator behind Mecca Bingo, Hard Rock Cafe and Blue Square, is reportedly looking for buyers to demerge its Deluxe media business. Analysts in the UK said it could be the first stage in the break up of the group.
According to press speculation in the UK, the online bookmaker could be sold to a private equity firm.
