The new scheme is aimed at making the Isle of Man a more appealing jurisdiction for betting companies, which are now to be taxed 2.5% on the first £10m, 0.5% on yield exceeding £10m and 0.1% on yield exceeding £40m.
The Isle of Man is also offering packages of up to 40 percent to help offset the cost of moving, setting up operations and acquiring new office equipment for companies considering relocating to the island.
In a separate news reported by Egaming Review, Poker Stars is believed to have obtained a Manx license and to be ready to move from Costa Rica.
