The British Horseracing Board was prevented by the London’s High Court from cutting off the supply of pre-race information to At The Races.
The defeat came two days after the BHB lost a five-year battle against William Hill.
ATR has been required to pay sums for pre-race data into escrow, under terms submitted to the BHB in May, while the judge ordered that the dispute should go forward \’for a speedy trial\’.
