The Australian Securities and Investments Commission has started proceedings in the Victorian Supreme Court to remove Robert Edge from his position as liquidator of 22 companies.
Robert Edge, as well as being an official liquidator, is the Chief Executive of International All Sports.
Although the proceedings do not relate to his position at IASbet, ASIC has accused Edge of failing to lodge more than 100 documents in relation to the 22 companies, most of which are in liquidation or voluntary administration.
