The Guardian launches skill gaming service on its website

GameAccount has agreed to provide the leading UK newspaper ten classic multiplayer and \’heads-up\’ games such as Gin Rummy and Backgammon, as well as unique P2P variants of Blackjack, MahJong and a variety of popular Solitaire and card formats.

Elsewhere, Fanball UK, a FUN Technologies wholly owned subsidiary, has signed an agreement with British Sky Broadcasting to provide fantasy sports games and content for the Sky sports portal at skysports.com. Under the terms of the agreement, Fanball will build, host, operate and maintain an online fantasy sports website that will be accessible via links from the Sky website, and tailored to the look and feel of skysports.com. The site is scheduled to be launched this spring, ahead of football\’s World Cup Finals.

Gaming Corporation\’s proprietary search engine Gambling.com announced the launch of its first major Search Syndication contract with the Gambling.co.uk network. Under the terms of the contract Gambling.com\’s search functionality will be integrated into the look, feel and navigation of the Gambling.co.uk network web sites on a revenue sharing basis.
