Jersey moves towards regulating online betting

Jersey is setting up its own Gambling Commission which will introduce a new legislation to regulate online betting, as voted by States Members in 2005. Chris Evans, Managing Director of Jersey-based Foreshore, a leading offshore provider of hosting solutions, said the move will show that Jersey is serious about entering the internet gambling market.
