Tipsport buys DOXX

The Czech sports betting operator has acquired a 100 per cent stake in Slovak firm DOXX. The company will be renamed Tipsport SK. Tipsport, founded in 1991, currently operates over 1,000 betting shops controlling around the 45 per cent of the Czech sports betting market. By entering Slovakia, Tipsport continues its expansion out of the Czech Republic started three months ago with the acquisition of Polish betting firm Mega-Typ.
