The internet gambling group noted the recent media speculation regarding a possible transaction with Empire Online and confirmed to be in advanced discussions with Empire over the possible purchase of certain of its business assets and related operations. A source close to both companies said the transaction will include Empire\’s Noble Poker and Club Dice online casino sites.
