Turkey to ban online gambling

Turkey is to introduce a new legislation to contrast the diffusion of indecent contents and to ban internet gambling sites non authorized by the Government. According to Turkish newspaper Yeni Safak, the Information Technology Security Agency will apply the new restricitve legislation by serving court orders to Turkish Internet Service Providers, where the owners of the gambling sites cannot be reached.
