PartyGaming\’s co-founder sells 4 per cent stake

Vikrant Bhargava, the group\’s former marketing director, is believed to have sold 160 million shares representing 4% of the internet gambling company. The shares were placed by UBS at 30.5p, nearly a 10% discount on the previous day’s closing price. The deal leaves Bhargava with around 118 million shares.
