As reported by Bloomberg News, the former head of Cantor\’s spread betting operations claims he was wrongfully dismissed by the company last January and he is now pursuing two separate lawsuits to protect his stake in the business as well as an incentive agreement he signed in 2003, a bonus payment for 2004 and compensation for alleged damage to his reputation. A full trial is scheduled for July.
