CryptoLogic looking at acquisition in Asia, Playtech in Europe

Javaid Aziz, CryptoLogic’s President and CEO, told the Financial Times the company is planning to spend the bulk of its $92m in net cash on Asian acquisitions in the next year. CryptoLogic, which recently completed its relocation from Toronto to Dublin, also revealed a plan to move its servers from Curacao to Malta to avoid the UK advertising ban coming into force on September 1.
