Sportech to raise £41.4m to part fund the acquisition of Vernons Football Pools

Seller Ladbrokes will receive a total consideration of £51 million, of which £6 million deferred in the two years following completion of the deal. The two companies also agreed for the marketing and distribution of Sportech’s football pools products through Ladbrokes’ licensed betting offices in the UK.
