The Toffees are sitting in the 18th position on the EPL table, with a relegation battle becoming their primary concern for 2023/24 season.
Manager Sean Dyce is dealing with a squad that’s been timid in front of goal this term, netting a mere 24 goals in 18 games played. This makes them the third-worst attacking unit in the league, which coincides with their table positioning of third from bottom as only Burnley and Sheffield United own a worse attacking record.

The odds have placed a disgustingly large price tag on Newcastle, and although I believe the Magpies have the upper hand on home soil, they aren’t to be trusted with this much juice.
Instead, backing both teams to score feels like the answer. Yes, the reverse fixture ended 1-0 to Luton, but I don’t expect the home side to kick back and relax as they did in that meeting. I anticipate an open style of play from both managers, and both teams have scored in Luton’s five most recent away games.
