The NFL Pro Bowl will remain as a flag football game again this season as the AFC and the NFC lock horns this Sunday, February 2nd at Camping World Stadium in Orlando, Florida.
Flag Football Fest
The Pro Bowl has softened quite a bit in recent memory as it has turned from a true football game back in the 60s and 70s to more of a laidback, pad tapping affair at the turn of the century. However, since 2023 it has become a combination of a skills competition held earlier in the week and culminating in a 7-on-7 flag football game on Sunday.
The details on this year’s Pro Bowl event are as follows:

- Time: 3pm – 6pm ET
- Location: Camping World Stadium in Orlando, FL
- Watch On: ESPN, ABC, DISNEY XD, ESPN+, ESPN DEPORTES and streaming on NFL+
The game will be played on a 50-yard field with seven players on offense and defense. Following a touchdown, the scoring team has the choice of a 1-point conversion from the 5-yard line or a 2-point conversion from the 10-yard line.
Eli Manning will be coaching the NFC while brother Peyton Manning will be coaching the AFC. It should be noted that the NFC has won the last two years and searching for a third consecutive Pro Bowl victory.
