The standout bet for this week’s Players Championship looks to be a thirty-one-year-old Austrian by the name of Sepp Straka. His game and mentality tick every box as an identikit winner of the Players Championship, the flagship event on the PGA Tour.

Why Consider Doug Ghim at Sawgrass?
There is a player lurking in left field this week who really likes the unique test that TPC Sawgrass is and currently looks like huge value in the abundant selection of props markets. Let’s take a look at the case for Doug Ghim, followed by what markets to attack for the twenty-eight-year-old from Illinois.
As mentioned, the unique test of the Players Championship has often given the ordinary journeyman of the PGA Tour a level playing field with the stars. Players like Scott Hoch, Jim Furyk, Fred Funk, Jerry Kelly and Jeff Maggert, to name a few, have excelled with their neat and tidy consistent tee-to-green games.
