The CFB card tonight is headlined by the Fla/Utah matchup and more along with some MLB.

Let's drop some winners in here and start the Thursday Night Football season off right.

That Florida/Utah game the line has dropped significantly last 24 hours. Cam Rising not playing so the back ups for the Utes will have to step up. I’m not too high on Graham Mertz for Florida the Wisconsin transfer. Let’s see what he can do tonight on the road will be interesting to see.

Rhule was 11-3 against the spread his last 14 games as an underdog at Baylor. The Golden Gophers were 2-5 ATS their last seven as chalk a year ago. Edge: Slight to Nebraska.


Florida at Utah: A rematch of the Gators’ exciting win in last year’s opener. Florida was 4-1 ATS on the road last season and 5-0 as a regular-season underdog. Billy Napier teams are 10-1 as regular-season underdogs the past three seasons at Louisiana and Florida. The Utes are 8-2 ATS their past 10 at home, but only 2-4 ATS in their last six against non conference opposition. Edge: Florida.

That Griffey father and son back to back game is just wow! Has to be the coolest thing to play with your father, the same with the father to his son.

question-when playing DFS do you at times use a lineup optimizer and projections.

I only play DFS for fun at smaller stakes (usually buy-ins of 10 on down) so I hand build a lot of lineups. For me, it just adds to the fun of it all. But if you are going to dabble in the high end of things then there is def an advantage to using quality optimizers etc.

All of this transfer portal action really makes it a challenge to handicap the first couple of weeks of the College Football season. So many teams have used it to almost totally rebuild certain areas of the team.
