NFL films made a documentary about this a few years back. After seeing that I read that using fake free giveaways to lure in fugitives is a fairly common police tactic. So if you're ever on the run, don't claim any free prizes. ;)

My brother also played Super Bowl in college. And he and the team were not paid for this, even though the college received income from these games! I even wrote an essay and my example is here https://papersowl.com/examples/should-college-athletes-be-paid/, this topic was quite interesting a few years ago. I wonder if schools and athletes have come to an agreement now?

Thanks, I'll take note :D

This was some cold blooded stuff for the police to do. I remember a documentary on it.
Of course, degenerate criminals would show up for superbowl tickets.

The guy who thought this up probably became police chief or mayor or something.
