I've been a satisfied punter of 1Xbet. Offlately the customer service ie. Live chat is extremely poor, rude and ill-informed about book keeping odds etc.
I made a withdrawal request of 12000 Indian rupees. It got approved within 10 minutes and yet it has been more than 72 hours since my request without any payout.
Subsequently I made an additional withdrawal of 88000 Indian rupees and I received my pay out within half an hour.
Interestingly, payments to Indian accounts takes a maximum of 10 seconds. Yet the customer service rep in the live support give absolute rubbish and arbitrary responses asking me to wait 7 days , 5 days etc.
