After my earlier thread my heart sunk when I saw this. I was totally stressed they’d come up with some kind of excuse not to pay or grade this correctly

Took me more than 30 minutes on live chat but they finally corrected the error. I literally spent more than three hours explaining their Fukk ups to them and trying to get them corrected today.

still didn’t do right and refund the other bet they freerolled me on

It’s like Heritage is a totally different book nowadays compared to the top-rated one of days gone by

It was a winner CK that they graded a loser. After much hassle they corrected it. Second time today I’ve had nothing but trouble with them

Screwed over by Heritage on a bet that should be pending - graded as a loss
