I drank it straight a few times. The alcohol content is so strong that it degraded the skin around my gums. The intoxication is pretty much the same as drinking hard alcohol straight imo.

Same here. My first experience with it was in college.

A group was throwing a party in the dorms my freshman year. They had spiked the keg with everclear and didn't tell anyone. People were getting completely hammered all night. A few got really sick.

When it came out what they did, they were booted out of the dorm.

That s#it is really dangerous.

I forgot about this....

I do have a jar of honey flavored grain alcohol from a local distillary but haven't tried it yet. I store it in the freezer. It doesn't freeze of course but the cold temp keeps if from slowly evaporating away.
