Glad you're OK. You're smart for having a dash cam. I've had people tell me that they were in an accident caused by someone else and when they went to court, the other person lied and said the other person was at fault. There was no dash cam so the judge could not rule in favor of the victim.

I can't tell you how many times I've had close calls like this.

In states that have "no-fault" insurance, it doesn't matter who caused the accident. Your insurance pays for the damange caused by others to your car. Its a complete screw job. Happened to me in Michigan years ago (they have no-fault insurance).
