What is the best way to handle a dispute with a book. We know that BMR would look into the matter if we file a formal complaint, but most of the time we should be able to resolve a dispute without going to the last level. So what is the methodology to going about a dispute? (Don't have any pending disputes)
This is usually what I try to do.
Go to chat. If failed to resolve.
Ask for supervisor. If failed to resolve.
Email company and ask for manager and restate the case for review.
Post problem on BMR.
File formal complaint.
Or should we file the formal complaint via BMR earlier? And is posting the problem bad etiquette?
