Betcity blocked my account

Few days ago i put 100e on betcity my first bet was Montenegro u18-Bosnia u18 over 149.5 . After match finish betcity blocked my account and they send me this Email:

Dear Sir/Madam

For identification of blocked account №11672645 you should send the folowing documents on e-mail:

1) photo, where you you are holding your passport opened (passport data must be of a good quality) near your face;
2) photo of your opened passport with another document (of your choice), for example: driving licence, international passport etc.

After i finish all of this they ask me for more and more documents and pictures i send them all they ask i send even passport fully scaned (every single page) they ask for it. And when i send them every single document they ask for they say i need to wait for my verification. Finnaly 2days ago i got message : Your account is verified wait for a scan. I think its finnaly over but still i cant log in into my account every time i try it says your account is blocked. What should i do , did you ever have similar expiriece with this bookie?

Guess whats happend, they unblock my account but i cant put any single bet anymore and cant withdraw my money and now they are not answering on my emails. I hope other people would learn something in this case .... DONT PUT A SINGLE DOLLAR ON RUSSIAN BOOKIES nither 1xbet or betcity or anyother this guys will try anything to avoid paying you if you win something.. if its not sad this would be fun.

Now they have new story... They say their credit card payment system in EUR not working and they ask me to deposit more money so i can withdraw on the other way. I am sure i will not put more money on dead account when i cant put any bet there. If you can ask they to give you time frame when they will fix thier payment system because they are not giving anything to me they cancel any withdrawal i try.
