1. A must stop on any trip to Vegas. Downside is it is off the strip but well worth the Uber drive. The best BBQ I have ever eaten. https://www.rollinsmokebarbeque.com/

2.Gordon Ramsey's Fish and Chips between Linq and Flamingo. Reasonably priced walk up restaurant. Another must stop 1-2 times each trip.

3.The cheap long ass hotdog at that same Casino Royal location for those that go broke and need a cheap meal or just want something to hold them over. I think it it 0.99 or less and has a good not your normal hotdog roll surprisingly.

4. Luke's Lobster. It is a little hut across from Wynn outside fashion mall area. Have you had it Bobby? Little pricey for very small portions but had great taste to it. Probably a once and done for me. Kinda out of the way location.

I usually stay at least once a year for 5-6 nights. I am looking forward to some more of your reviews for something new to try next visit. #1 and #2 are must try locations.

1: I tried the barbecue joint a few years ago. It was good from what I remember but I will go again

2: I enjoy fish and chips but I’ve never been to this place. Excited to try it.

3: not a big hotdog fan but will review it

4: I believe they have one inside the miracle mile shops at planet Hollywood. Now that I’m thinking about it that might be lobster ME and not Luke's.

Here is the menu. Get the box for you and the wife to split. I usually do the fish but Shrimp is good as well. Dirty #2 for the chips you will absolutely love. So much flavor. They have the good self serve Pepsi soft drink machine where you can add all kinds of shit but last trip they didn't let you do it because Covid.
