Everyone should sit ringside for a professional fight or down by the field for an NFL game it will give you a new respect for the athletes. Agree that the smaller guys take less big shots. All one has to do is look at Earl Campbell and Jim Brown in their older age to see what it does to the body.

Can you imagine? He was such a huge star. This guy probably had women trying to get to him all the time. But, don't get your hopes up. I think he was a devote Christian.

Asked to be traded away by Detroit and they declined, so he walked away from the game

Didn't bother him one bit and didn't care that he was forefeitting the all-time rushing title
