Anyone looked into what ESPN's stand alone streaming will be all about?

I've heard:
1. It will encompass streaming ESPN's main channel and EPSN+ content.
2. Price may be $20-$30 per month.
3. Amazon, Apple TV, and Verizon are all looking to become partners (or take over ESPN) in this streaming venture.
