Yes they can

They have the best offense in the American League but I don't know if they have enough pitching. Eovaldi and Gray are good starters but if they win the World Series it will be on the back of their offense. It's true that you need to score runs to win in October but you also need good pitching to get it done in a short series. I still think the Braves are the best team in baseball but to me Texas might be the best team in the American League.

He did get them to the World Series but unfortunately he ran into one of the all time greatest teams and had no chance when they got there.

Rangers certainly have the offense to beat anyone and they should be active as the deadline approaches adding more Pitching. Will be really interesting if they can land a couple of solid additions...
