I wonder if he actually can in his role as Sports Director.
I could see some issues coming up at work doing this. They might treat it like "insider info" that he shouldn't give out.

I know, I know, he gave out plays on the VISN broadcast but that was specifically in his Sports Director role and helped promote Twin Spires.

Exactly there is definitely reasons why he shouldn't. Issues can definitely come up with his job
