I can just imagine how "secure" the park is for anyone actually winning and walking out of the park with a few dimes. Must be paying off the gangs very well and exclusive rights to peddle smack to the chain smoking Asian crowd.

Its kind of strange that it is illegal and you can serve up to 5 yrs in jail if caught and the cops do nothing. Its sounds like its exploding. Cops must be getting a cut.


We have similar illegal gambling halls but they only have slot machines. They are usually outside the city limits so only the Sherfiff intervenes but,the Sheriff doesn't care. Every now and then a place will get shut down so the Sheriff can make the news and explain how he's cracking down on the problem, yet you see dozens of sheriff deputies at the places playing slots all the time.
