**check your bol/sbag balance

something went glitchy last night/this morning on my sbag account... and the 242 win from this free play was never added to my balance

i let them know a few hours ago, hopefully it gets fixed, i'm assuming it might have happened with other accounts too, like a few weeks ago at bol when my balance was way off, maybe just on the nyy/sea game?

I had a couple plays on BOL last night (not FP nor on the SEA/NYY game).
They paid off correctly. I wonder if its a FP issue or something to do with the SEA/NYY game.

the weird thing is when they "escalate it" on chat yet still tell you to wait 24 hrs, and then if it's not fixed go back on chat

why would it take 24 hrs to fix an obvious balance error? and what would happen if i didn't know it was wrong?
