Grand jury saw some evidence, maybe not all, just what the prosecution wanted or needed to show, and chose to bring criminal charges.

Now I know prosecutors are good at manipulating grand juries, but there is some real meat on this bone. I feel like your posts don't reflect that.

Saw a woman on TV say she read through the entire 14 page indictment against Diddy and there's no way he isn't going to get off.

She said the entire thing is about consenting adults. She doesn't believe there's a chance his lawyers won't rip the government to shreds.

Yeah, we can say a man is innocent until proven guilty all day long, because that is true.

But if we are dismissing the charges as just parties not worth pursuing even if they are true then that's a pretty significant line to cross. That's saying it's ok, whether he's guilty or not.

They want his shit and if something happened in some room in some building, work or home, and he owns that building, they want that building.

They want to clean him out by tying his empire, and the illegal activites he did in protection of it, to his crimes.

While a reach, there is a legal avenue available to do this. That's probably the toughest to sell to an actual jury, but I don't know what evidence they showed the grand jury, if any. It sounds like it can be some kind of enhancement shit.

They are probably trying to great an infinite amount of money trails tying back to crimes. Now that's dirty ball, even for the scumbag.

They got Trump for an enhanced charge by saying his crime of accounting was done to cover up another crime.

And they got away with it without him actually being charged or found guilty of the other crime. It may have been wrapped up in the decision, but it's a reach for an enhancement.

I think they have a lot in store for Diddy and his wealth.
