Paraly cards like that might have static lines that you can exploit, might, but in general they offer terrible payouts and some way that shorts the bettor in a criminal level rip off.

Kinda like taking a pick em and forcing you lay 2 points on one side...lol.

15 , 20 years ago I think there were crews in Vegas going around to the casino’s hitting the ones with stale lines .

25 years ago my Pops use to bring them home from the country club where he golfed & gambled. I remember filling them out a few times for small money & don’t remember ever winning, but I do remember a 4 team parlay paid out 10 to 1 & I thought that was a great payout at 15 years old LMFAO.
