Early Looks (Oct. 15)

NC State +5½

I got that line (NC St) and locked it in at one of my Ark. sportsbooks. I tried to find some info. on the state of the NC St. QB but was unable. The line at other SBs is currently 3. I don't think Michigan is 7 points better than Penn St. You guys and gals have any early looks?

I got +16½ on Iowa St. I think their defense can create some resistance. Texas coming off a huge win has me hoping for a bit of a hangover.

I was at the ISU/KSU game this weekend and I've followed them some this year.
Iowa State has NO OFFENSE. The Defense is good but the secondary is suspect.
The offense is horrendous. I mean really bad. Dekker at QB is very iffy. They likely have no other options.

I don't think ISU will score more than 10 (max) and it will likely be less unless the D scores some points.

Gotta be the reason for such an inflated line on Texas. I really don't know much about the Cyclones, thanks Tanko. Now, I just read where Levis is ready to go for Kentucky. I am taking the +4 and some of the money line on the Wildcats.

Here is what I have as of today:
Penn St. +7
NC State +5½ ( got it early at an Ark. book)
Iowa St +16½
Kentucky +4 (small play on the money line)

I'm on Kentucky and NC State as well.
I wish I'd pulled the trigger earlier in the week on Kentucky and gotten the +6.
