I was going to organize a complaint to the admins complaining about the moderators.
I do not think it comes from the top. Some things do, and some crackdowns definitely do, but that has nothing to do with any of us, we aren't political posters and we don't personally start attacking people without cause.
It's pretty clear what happened in FlyMe, it's all there for everyone to read. One mod butted in where he wasn't involved, got emotional, made some mistakes and simply refuses to admit it.
One mod was laughing while the other was "bent out of shape" for a reason that was still never given. It was just hoped that we could see why.
The doubling down as if he did something legitimate and can thus warn others is just an indvidual's stubborness, more mistakes by the same person.
There's no way that came from above. The whole premise that a mod was attacked was false to begin with.
We all saw it, and that's why we're here.
