Think about what I said. Penn St is lapping (modern) Iowa.
I would have said there would never be another Athlete/Coach like Gable. Cael Sanderson is proving me wrong. Cael's level of success looks very similar.
I used to think that Cael couldn't duplicate the Taylor/Ruth teams. He proved me wrong several times over. There's something about the Penn St room.
IMHO, the Penn St room is just that good. If you go to Penn St, the competition in the room makes you better. Penn St is rolling again.
When Penn St wants a transfer, they get him. Penn St wrestlers improve. They improve at a faster rate than other teams (including Iowa).
Tom Brands landed a big one when he got Spencer Lee. Spencer was gold for Iowa. Other than Spencer, Penn St is lapping Iowa.
