Fraud Protection?

Hi everyone I’m pretty new to all of this and I’m curious how safe it is to leave a balance in a book like Pinnacle or Bookmaker? What precautions would they have that would stop a hacker from logging into my account and withdrawing crypto to their own wallet? Thanks in advance.

Pinnacle fine as they are now licensed in Ontario and must have player funds in escrow.

I’m not concerned about the financial strength of these books. Let’s assume they are as solid as they come and will always be around. Anyone here concerned that a “hacker” can log into your book and withdraw crypto to their wallet. I never bought or withdrew crypto before but I’m sure there has to be security measures in place. Right? LOL

I doubt very much that someone can/will hack into a book. I don't recall ever hearing of it happening before

At BETONLINE you have to confirm any withdrawals with a code provided to your email or phone number.

So unless someone has access to those things, its virtually impossible

Betonline has 2 factor authentication. Huge improvement over just user/pass for most books.
A security expert has indicated that 2FA is probably the best steps most financial institutions can use to protect accounts so if a book is using it, they are taking the proper steps for security.
