Went to Garden of the Gods today. Its a rock formation area in Colorado Springs. Lots of hiking trails and interesting rock formations. Here are a few pictures. The last couple pictures were surprising finds in the park. I think some of our posters have been here before.
The first one is called Kissing Camels.... In the far left at the very top (very small) you can see what supposed to look like two camels kissing. I don't see it... I'm pretty sure the guy who named it was high.
Siamese Twins
This one is the most famous - Balancing Rock.
Pikes Peak - Might go there manana.
NORAD - In Cheyenne Mountain. They wouldn't let me in even though I told them I was with JJ Gold.
When I mentioned JJ, one guard actually drew his M4 rifle down on me and said "F#k JJ Gold". Yeah, we decided to leave ASAP.
The most shocking part of our trip was while we were hiking deep into the rock formation, about 2 miles in to a 3 mile hike, we found this.... WTH? KVB?
A few hundred yards later, Diggity appeared to have left his mark as well.
