Heritage is such a shit book. B+ at best. Software horrible. Bonuses pathetic. Deal multiple lines. Pass

They have definitely needed a new layout & software for years, especially mobile

But to be honest their betting options, like building your own teasers & parlays and able to buy & sell points on any & all of the selections blows other books away

They can keep their 25 dollar free play lol unreal this book. The other day I made a mistake on a game, and I asked to cancel my bet minutes later, and they would not do it. They told me use the cash out option which would’ve costed me $100 on the bet.

That was my final straw with them because that game lost 2X for me. I bet the Lions twice on the money line, but I wanted to take the Colts +3.5 -108 instead and they covered. So it was actually a three unit swing for me in the negative.

I remember back in the day you could call the Sportsbook and explain to them you messed up on a pick and they would change it for you

Bet Jamaica was the best at doing that but I remember doing it at 5dimes and bookmaker too

As long as the line hasn't moved in your favor, and it's not something you're doing regularly, there is absolutely no reason a book shouldn't change it for a customer

My oh my how things have changed

I did this recently at Justbet in September, and they easily with no problem canceled by bet no questions asked.
