I’ve seen so many posts praising heritage. Not sure why, they suck. I deposited 3k bitcoin today no bonus went all in on Rockies +1.5 I won. Tried to withdraw the $5300 via bitcoin and it needs phone verification for crypto, my phone number on file is wrong cause I haven’t played here in years so I try to update my phone number on file . And in order to do so it needs a phone bill screenshot to update it and customer support is closed like what the hell. Oh and everyone said they have high withdrawal limits but they don’t it’s only 3k max per payout what a joke. This books trash . How are they rated A by everyone.

I have started not liking this place..I mean BMR..

Bookies rating is not updated with the players cases. Rating does not reflect the reality in general.
They don't support the players cases while they marketize their product as that.
They sell fake hopes for the resolution of their cases which eventually makes people attracted.
They gain popularity by clear scamming. And scamming is not only when money involved.

I’ve said it in many threads here. Their customer service is some of the worst in the industry

Agree for the most part. They get called out on it all the time and never address it. It's a real shame.
This place is great for information sharing and general discussion. If only their ratings and conflict resolution were real.

If they didn't ID you as from a group they've dealt with already or as another type of pro, then this just might be a record for limiting an individual after just one bet.

If seen some pretty ridiculous stuff, but almost always because of more behavior or facts than just one single winning bet.
