HRWager scams me - confiscating $15k, login disabled

Long Story Short:

- Deposited twice, $1k and $1.5k
- Accomplishing the bonus rollover requirements and achieving a balance of ~$15k
- Contacted George for a payout on 8th of April for $1.5k in Litecoin
- I was told, it usually takes 4-5 days for the payment to be processed (but it can take max up to 4 weeks)
- Someday within May - dont know exact day - login stopped working
- 2 months and 4 days after none payment has been processed
- I have been trying repeatedly to contact them through mail and live chat. I get no response back.
- I filed a complain in BMR on 13 of May and I haven't heard anything back from them (a month passed).

So I am kindly asking you:
- Does anybody have any experience with HRWager?
- How do you advice me to move next?

Sorry Nasios, BMR wont help you and HRwager is very unlikely to pay you.
Stick with reputable books like Bookmaker from now on.
Small shops do this kind of stuff all the time. Also, the sportsbook grades on BMR are not accurate, do not rely on them.

So I have got some updates. I contacted americasbookie considering them as a sister site of HRWager. The agent was extremely helpful and he gave me the following response:

"Back in November 2023 our management decided to stop providing services to HRWager due to lack of payment to our company and it's own clients, that's why they were asked to leave, since that moment we have nothing to do with HRWager, unfortunately there's nothing we can do to assist the customer in a situation like this."

The comments are all yours..
After hearing this I think there is no hope left for my payout.

May you know an institution/regulator/jurisdiction based in Costa Rica - HRWager is based in Costa Rica - where clients address their issues?

They sound an awful lot like tico sports… glad you posted this I’ll be sure to add them to my blacklist, it’s a shame they are a no pay book Michael seemed nice and genuine at hr wager I spoke with him on phone once deposited twice never cashed out. Now I know I wouldn’t have gotten paid even if I were to have won LOL

LOL. I am behind the times. HRWager went bust and got bailed out by AB. So they stiffed AB on payments. George is done. He and the guy from 1Vice were sales reps that started 1Vice. They ripped each other off and went their separate ways. The moron was always going to go bust.
