I just got over Covid. It was great! I just had a slightly runny nose with a fever of 100.5 for 2 days and only 1 night with a sore throat. I took painkillers for that no problem. I also had a cough for a couple days.

The good things about it were that I didn't miss a day of work and I really got some really good sleep. If I ever have problems sleeping in the future I'm going to try to get Covid again.

I take vitamins and minerals so this has no lasting effect on me even though I'm pre-diabetic and slightly overweight.

From what I've heard, this strain is more contagious but less effective.

97% of the US population is either vaccinated or has had the infection. Any subsequent spread, even with a new covid strain, should not have the impact on the population like in 2020. I guess its something to do with society building up herd immunity.

Whatever strain is going around sure is pretty weak. My last blood test a couple months ago shows that I Have a pretty healthy white blood cell count though, which means my body can ward off infections effectively.

The last time I got sick I had the flu in 2013. The time before that it was the end of 2002. I take plenty of vitamins and minerals too: daily multivitamin, Vitamin C, Vitamin D and zinc every day.
