I'll take "no" on the divorce for two reasons.

There is no prenup and it will cost Will Smith a shit ton if he files.

She won't let him divorce, even if she were to gain a shit ton of money for it, because she's never going to find someone she can abuse daily like Will Smith, even if the threat of losing money is one thing that keeps him in the abusive relationship. The other thing is he has no identity if he's not an abused husband so he won't leave her.

He needs to be abused and she needs to abuse someone. It's a perfect fit...lol.
