I had used Jazz Sportsbook for nearly 10 years and it was to my astonishment that they have now adapted their payouts to 3-10 days. To be clear, they have paid me out 3 btc payments the past 3 weeks, but it is not hassle free. I was told by the VIP guy that he would help expedite withdrawals and he can help me with any issues, but there is really nothing he can do. I had to spend the better half of my morning on chat with these guys and had to shame them into paying me. They boast they have the best lines, but that is not enough when you feel like you’re being slow paid. When a book goes from instant payments to a 10 day withdrawal period, that sets off red flags. They need to get their ish together. Still have about 3k in the account and just want it out already. To be clear, they pay… but they need to put on their website the payout timelines and if people want to use them, they know what to expect.

Good lines don’t supplant the fear that your money isn’t safe

That line thing is an excuse tired of hearing .. they said they could get me a money order faster , but I don’t want money orders .. My question is why do they need 10 days and try to strong arm people / talk down to you almost in a threatening tone ..

That was exactly my experience. Nick was offering a next day money order and then was speaking in a very condescending manner, almost like gaslighting me. Kept asking me if I was ok lol.

Things have gotten a lot tighter for the offshores. They cannot be as generous as before. That is a rope-a-dope strategy. They have to try to increase their profits.

I made my second request for payment after requesting 2500 from them 54 hours ago. I asked them to commit to a timeline to pay me out and they refuse to do it. I stated that there are dozens of players that are being vocal about the same complaints and that this book is now viewed differently. There actions now will have irreversible damage.

I hear you, though I'm talking about a timeline shared days prior.

Probably best to ask CS for the timeline upon requesting, to get them to commit to something. You can always have the chat log e-mailed to you after you close the chat.

Now that you mention it, that happened to me also previously.

IDK. Just request as soon as they allow you to (Monday of the week following your last withdrawal), then expect to wait 10-12 business days. Sucks but they're still paying.
