Fuk man. Feels like it.
But not if I do it correctly.
Usually any movement gets some pressure back, if I do it right.
But some lines come and go and they will never be back at the original buy again.
Does seem like I am forced, at times, like with Purdue at even +100 to compromise on some of my opening buy margins.
I root for some of these lines to move against me, so I can pick up the value. It's certainly not steam chasing, lol.
I have a pretty good idea of why the line opens where it opens and moves to where it moves so I know when to buy into pressure and slow it down.
All of these things increase my chances of beating the closing line, for good and bad. If I am moving them, then it's not as genuine of a clv comparison, in my opinion. One can end up with a self fulfilling prophecy with these opening moneylines (UPSET Basket) and clv margin success. That's not always good and the inlfated appearance of success against the close can be misleading.
Iowa gonna kill me again this week, you just watch. Illinois, E Carol, and MIch St are all in both Funds this week.
